Registration in the System for Award Management is active, and the company is registered in the Small Business Administration company registry with an SBC Control Identifier assigned, which is the registration a Small Business Innovation Research proposal requires.
A Commercial and Government Entity code is not required for the awards currently under evaluation and will be obtained once that cycle closes.

Nexushri LLC was formed in February 2026 and is registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. A Unique Entity Identifier was assigned on 15 July 2026, and registration in the System for Award Management was activated on 30 July 2026. Registration in the Small Business Administration company registry is complete and an SBC Control Identifier has been assigned. The company is eligible to compete for, and to receive, Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer awards, including ARPA-H and NIH programs.

Three Solution Summaries were submitted on 17 July 2026 under ARPA‑H solicitation 7599226SN106, covering fertility, endometriosis, and multi‑system autoimmune disease.
All three topics were subsequently invited to the technical presentation and full proposal stage, and full proposals for all three were submitted on 16 September 2026.
Oral technical presentations for the three topics are scheduled for October 2026.
